At Kingaroy Christian fellowship we adhere to the King James Bible as being Gods perfected word for the English speaking people. Our Light is to walk in the light of the scriptures, for our service and worship of Jesus Christ our Saviour who has called us into His Light.
Please note: This page will be soon updated on some helpful material about the King James Bible translators and why we go to the English of the King James Bible. For those that have studied this issue we believe it could be a help to you to know that God has given us His preserved his word in the King James Bible. The General issue is over the Greek manuscript, this however does not apply when it comes to the Hebrew Masaretic text of the Old Testament. The New Testament not like the Old Testament couldn’t be found in one place. The Texus Reseptus (Received text) was a result of the translators of the King James Bible which compiled of three groups, Westminster, Oxford and Cambridge. This Greek New Testament was published in 1633 twenty two years after the English King James Bibe. (More on this subject soon)
If you wanted a good study on the Old Testament, look up a man called Robert Dick Wilson who was an American linguist and Presbyterian scholar devoted his life to prove the reliability of the Hebrew Bible.
